Shipping policy
OVERVIEW
UNHUMANWORLD ships from two locations: our fulfillment location in Kutch, Gujarat, India, and our fulfillment location in Plano, Texas. Which location fills your order depends on your delivery address — this keeps transit times short and avoids unnecessary customs handling.
PROCESSING TIME
Each collection is produced in a small, limited batch. Once you order, please allow 1–3 business days for us to prepare and pack your order before it ships. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as it's on its way.
SHIPPING WITHIN THE UNITED STATES
Orders shipping to a US address are fulfilled from our Texas location.
- Standard Shipping: $4.99 flat rate, 3–5 business days in transit after processing
- Express Shipping: $10 flat rate, faster transit for those who don't want to wait
SHIPPING WITHIN INDIA
Orders shipping to an Indian address are fulfilled from our Kutch, Gujarat location.
- Domestic Delivery: free, 3–4 business days in transit after processing
ORDER TRACKING
Every order ships with tracking. You'll get a tracking link by email the moment your package leaves us — if you don't see it, check your spam folder before reaching out.
LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
Once a package is handed to the carrier, it's outside our direct control. We're not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or damaged in transit, but we will try to help you. email human@unhumanworld.com with your order number and we'll do what we can.
WHERE WE CURRENTLY SHIP
Right now, we ship only to addresses within the United States and India. If you're outside these countries, please email human@unhumanworld.com and we'll let you know if shipping to your location possible.
